Mobile Golf Simulator Rental for Weddings & Receptions

Weddings & Receptions

Weddings have gaps. Cocktail hour, photographs, the stretch after dinner before the dancing starts. A simulator gives guests somewhere to go and something to do together during them.

It also gives the people who were never going to dance a reason to stay in the room.

How a Reception Session Runs

Wedding play is usually casual and continuous rather than a formal contest:

  • Open play through cocktail hour and the reception
  • Closest to the pin between the couple’s families
  • Longest drive for the wedding party
  • A relaxed rotation so guests can drift in and out

What Comes With Your Reception

  • The simulator, screen, and hitting area
  • Clubs and balls for guests of any experience level
  • Our team on site for setup, play, and teardown
  • Coordination with your venue on load-in and timing

What We Need at Your Wedding Venue

Talk to us early so we can walk the space with your venue. We need:

  • Access to electricity
  • Enough floor space and adequate ceiling height
  • A level surface and a clear load-in route
  • Cover for any outdoor placement, such as a tent or pavilion

The equipment is not weatherproof, so an outdoor reception needs proper cover and a dry power source planned in advance rather than decided on the forecast.

Wedding Questions

Cocktail hour is the most common, while the wedding party is away for photographs. It also works through the stretch after dinner, before the dancing starts.

In our experience it does the opposite. It gives the guests who were never going to dance a reason to stay in the room instead of leaving early.

Yes, with cover. The equipment is not weatherproof, so an outdoor reception needs a tent, pavilion, or similar, plus a safe and dry power source. Plan the cover in advance rather than waiting on the forecast.

Yes. Tell us the venue early and we will confirm load-in, power, space, and timing with them directly so nothing is a surprise on the day.

Yes. There is no dress code, no pace of play, and no group waiting behind you. Guests can take one swing or stay for an hour.
