Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Riverside Fairways, LLC (“Riverside Fairways,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. We are a mobile golf simulator company serving Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and the information you share with us is almost always about one thing: planning your event. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through https://riversidefairways.com, our booking forms, our text and email communications, and our on-site presence at your event.
It also explains how we use that information, when we may share it, and what choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you browse the website, and information we gather in the normal course of setting up and running an event.
Information You Provide to Us
When you request a quote, check a date, or book us for an event, we may collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Company, organization, or venue name
- Event date, start time, and expected duration
- Event address and venue details
- Event type, such as a corporate event, wedding, birthday, party, or fundraiser
- Approximate guest count and age range, which helps us recommend between our standard package and the Feral package
- Package and add-on preferences
- Setup details such as available power, indoor or outdoor placement, ceiling height, floor surface, and access to the setup area
- Billing and contact details for invoices and deposits
- Any other details you choose to include in a message to us
Payment Information
Deposits and balances are handled through third-party payment processors. Card numbers and full financial account details are submitted directly to those processors and are not stored on our website or on our systems. We generally receive only confirmation of payment, the amount, the date, and limited identifying details such as the last four digits of a card.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the website, we and our hosting and service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and actions taken on the site
- Referring pages and websites
- Date, time, and duration of visits
- General geographic location derived from IP address
- Cookie identifiers and similar technical data
Photos and Video at Events
We may take photos or short video clips at events for our portfolio and social media. We understand that not everyone wants to appear in marketing material. If you are hosting an event and would prefer that we not photograph or record it, tell us before the event and we will respect that. If you appear in a photo or clip already published and want it removed, contact us and we will remove it.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to quote requests and confirm date availability
- Prepare quotes, contracts, invoices, and deposit requests
- Plan the logistics of your event, including travel, setup, power, and space requirements
- Recommend the package, games, and add-ons that fit your guests
- Communicate with you before, during, and after your event
- Process payments and maintain business and tax records
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and forms
- Understand how visitors find and use our website
- Detect spam, fraud, abuse, or malicious activity
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
Text Messages and Email
Event planning moves fast, so we often follow up by text. If you give us your mobile number when requesting a quote or booking an event, you agree that we may contact you by call or text about your inquiry, your quote, and your event.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop sending marketing email by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop the operational messages we need to send about an event you have already booked, such as arrival times or setup questions.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and its forms. Our Cookie Policy explains what we currently use, what each category does, and how to manage your preferences in your browser.
Tools and Service Providers We Use
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run the website and the business. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it:
- Website hosting. Our host stores the website and keeps server logs that include IP addresses and request data.
- Form tools. Our contact and quote forms collect the details you submit and deliver them to us by email and to our records.
- Email and scheduling. We use standard business email and calendar tools to correspond with you and hold your event date.
- Payment processors. Deposits and balances are processed by third-party payment providers under their own privacy terms.
- Spam and abuse prevention. We may use tools that evaluate form submissions to block automated spam.
If we add website analytics or advertising measurement tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy to describe them before or at the time they go into use.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information in these limited situations:
- Service providers. With the hosting, form, email, and payment providers described above, only as needed to run our business.
- Venues and event partners. When your event is at a hotel, country club, park, or other venue, we may need to share your name, event time, and setup requirements with venue staff so we can load in, access power, and set up.
- Event hosts. If you are a guest at an event we are running, the host organizing that event may receive general information about participation.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our team, or the public.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
We keep event and customer records for as long as needed to run the event, honor warranties and follow-up, resolve disputes, and meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Quote requests that never became bookings are kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up on future dates, and are removed when they are no longer useful.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including secure connections on our website and limited access to our booking records. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
Children’s Privacy
Our Feral package is popular for kids’ parties, so we want to be clear about this. Our website and forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Bookings that involve children are made by a parent, guardian, or organizer, and any information about attending children comes to us from that adult.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information through our website, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of marketing communications. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, may have additional rights, such as the right to know the categories of information collected and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used under California law.
Submitting a Privacy Request
To make a request, email us at info@riversidefairways.com or call (225) 335-8279. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it.
Third-Party Links
Our website and social media profiles may link to other sites, such as venues, partners, or booking tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, tools, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the website.
