Our Approach to Accessibility
We work toward a website that is clear, navigable, and usable with assistive technology. In practice that means:
- Text that is readable and has sufficient contrast against its background
- A logical heading structure that screen readers can navigate
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Descriptive link text rather than generic wording
- Forms with clearly associated labels and understandable error messages
- Keyboard access to navigation and interactive elements
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktop screens
Accessibility Standards
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our working standard. We treat these guidelines as the target we are building toward. We have not completed a formal third-party audit, and we are not claiming full conformance today.
Accessibility at Your Event
Our simulator setup can often be adjusted to make play more comfortable and welcoming. Depending on the venue and the space available, we may be able to:
- Position the hitting area to allow clearer approach and turning space
- Adjust tee height, club selection, and stance requirements
- Support seated play or shortened swings where the space allows
- Slow the pace of play and give more time between shots
- Adjust audio volume and on-screen effects for guests sensitive to noise or visual intensity
- Suggest games from our Feral package that are easier for guests of mixed ability to enjoy together

Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is not a one-time project. As we add pages, photos, video, and booking features, we review new content against our standard and correct issues we find. We also revisit older content over time.
Third-Party Content and Tools
Some parts of our website rely on third-party services, such as embedded video, maps, social media feeds, and form tools. We do not control how those services are built, and their accessibility may vary. Where a third-party element creates a barrier, we look for an alternative or provide another way to get the same information.
