Everything you need to know before you book

How booking, pricing, setup, and event day work. If your question is about one particular kind of event, the service pages further down cover the ones specific to it.

Booking & Availability

As early as you can, particularly for a weekend or anything in the holiday stretch. Those dates go first.

That said, it is always worth asking about short notice. If we are free, we will tell you.

Send us the date, the location, and roughly how many guests you expect. We will confirm availability and send an agreement.

Your date is held once that agreement is signed and any deposit has been received, not before. Please do not book a venue or send invitations around a date we have not confirmed in writing.

Indoor events are not affected, which is most of them.

For anything outdoors, rain, high wind, extreme heat, and lightning can damage the equipment and create a safety risk, so there are conditions we cannot operate in. If we have to make that call we will contact you as quickly as we can and either reschedule at your convenience or refund what you paid us for that event.

We are based in Denham Springs and travel throughout Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and the Northshore are all regular territory.

Travel past a certain distance can add a fee, so tell us where your event is and we will confirm that before you book anything.

Pricing & Packages

We run tiered packages with add-ons rather than one flat rate, because the final number depends on your date, your location and the travel distance, how long you need us, the package you pick, and what your setup involves.

Send us those details and we will put a quote together.

The standard package is golf. It suits a group that wants to hit the virtual links and keep a leaderboard running.

The Feral package adds 14 additional simulator games on top of golf. It is the better fit for kids, a mixed age group, or an evening where not everyone came for the golf.

Tell us who is coming and we will recommend one.

The simulator, screen, and hitting area, clubs and balls, and our team on site to set up, run play, and pack out.

Setup happens before your start time and teardown after, so it does not eat into your event.

Setup & Venue

Yes, with cover. The equipment is not weatherproof, so an outdoor setup needs a tent, pavilion, garage, covered patio, or similar, plus a safe and dry power source.

Plan the cover in advance rather than waiting on the forecast.

Reliable access to electricity, enough floor space, adequate ceiling height, a reasonably level surface, and a clear path to move equipment in, including doors, stairs, and parking. WiFi is a plus but not required.

If you are not sure your space works, send us photos. We would much rather tell you before you book than on the day.

On the Day

Neither. We bring clubs and balls, and most guests at our events have never played a full round. A first swing gets an immediate result on screen, which is usually all it takes.

There is no dress code. Closed toe shoes are a good idea, and nobody swings barefoot.

Yes. We arrive early, set up, run the session, and pack out.

Nobody on your side has to learn the equipment or manage the activity, which is usually the part people are most relieved about.

Still have questions?

Tell us your date, your venue, and roughly how many guests you expect. We will come back with availability and a quote.

Questions about a specific event?

Weddings, corporate days, kids’ parties, and fundraisers each raise their own questions. Every service page answers the ones that only come up for that kind of event.
