About Riverside Fairways
Riverside Fairways, LLC (“Riverside Fairways,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a mobile golf simulator available for corporate events, weddings, parties, fundraisers, and private gatherings. We are based in 7061 Hunters Way, Denham Springs, LA 70726 and travel throughout Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Because we are fully mobile, we can set up nearly anywhere we have access to electricity.
Information on this website describes our packages and add-ons in general terms. The specifics of any event are set out in the quote, booking confirmation, and any separate agreement you sign with us.

Event Requirements and Suitability
Our simulator requires reliable access to electricity, adequate floor space, sufficient ceiling height, and a reasonably level surface. Wi-Fi is helpful but is not required. You are responsible for making sure the event location can accommodate our setup and for securing any permission, access, or permits the venue requires.

Forms and Information You Submit
When you submit a form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Event details such as venue address and contact information may be shared with venue staff or partners where needed to run your event.
