Simulator Performance and Gameplay
Our simulator is provided for entertainment and general practice. Shot data, ball flight, distances, and scoring are estimates generated by simulator hardware and software, and they may differ from real-world results or from other simulator systems.
Nothing on this website is professional golf instruction, and simulator readings should not be relied on for club fitting, handicap purposes, competitive measurement, or any decision requiring precise data.
Game titles and content, including the additional games offered in our Feral package, are provided by third-party software and are subject to change or substitution based on licensing and availability.
Venue, Power, and Space Requirements
Because we are fully mobile, a successful setup depends on the event location. We publish general guidance about power, floor space, ceiling height, surface, and access, but that guidance is approximate and cannot account for every venue.
You are responsible for confirming that your location can accommodate our equipment and for arranging access, permissions, and any permits the venue or property owner requires. We are not responsible for an inability to set up, or for a shortened or cancelled setup, where the location does not meet the requirements we have provided.
Weather and Outdoor Events
Our equipment is sensitive to rain, moisture, high wind, extreme heat, and lightning. For outdoor events, adequate cover and a safe power source are required. We reserve the right to delay, relocate, pause, or end a setup when conditions create a risk to guests, staff, or equipment. Weather-related decisions are handled under our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
Third-Party Venues, Vendors, and Operators
Many of our events take place at venues we do not own or control, alongside vendors we do not employ, such as caterers, planners, bartenders, and photographers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, conditions, policies, or service quality of any third-party venue or vendor.
